Hello my darlings!

⚜️One of the main goals in guest experience is to transport people to an imagined 16th century village.

Yet we need to bring the atmosphere within our current modern lives based on what we have available to us today.

👉🏼For instance, we don’t want to rebuild a village with open sewage in the streets as they used to have and on the other hand, something that was available much later down the centuries – Turkey legs for instance – is a perfect fit to re-create the Renaissance village atmosphere.🍗
