The Ultimate Resource Database for Renaissance Faire Professionals

Are you or your team hitting dead ends when seeking answers to industry-specific questions?

That’s exactly why I created The Renfaire Foundry.

(First access + insider bonuses at launch)

Who is it for exactly?

⛲️ The Renfaire Foundry is designed for Renaissance Faire professionals, both new and established organizations, who are looking to streamline their operations, improve their team’s expertise, and make more informed decisions.

This includes:

⚜️Faire Founders & Site Managers

Running a successful renaissance faire requires juggling a wide range of responsibilities – from site layout and vendor coordination to event programming and historical authenticity. The Renfaire Foundry gives your team access to specialized training and best practices to ensure you’re optimizing every aspect of your faire.

⚜️Vendor Coordinators

Recruiting high-quality vendors, managing their contracts and inventory, and creating an engaging marketplace are critical to any Renaissance Faire’s success. The Foundry’s courses and Q&A sessions cover vendor management strategies to help you build a thriving, cohesive vendor community.

⚜️Building & Costume Designers

Crafting the right aesthetic for an anachronistic theme park setting takes specialized knowledge. Whether you’re designing permanent Faire structures or period-accurate costumes, the Foundry provides guidance from experienced professionals to help you get the details right.

⚜️Administrative Teams

From marketing and ticketing to safety and risk management, there are many administrative functions that require a deep understanding of Renaissance Faire operations. The Foundry ensures your whole team is aligned on industry standards and procedures.

By tapping into the Renfaire Foundry, your organization can finally get everyone on the same page, speak a common language, and make confident, data-driven decisions.

✨ Imagine your team walking into the next season prepared, confident, and aligned.

✨ Imagine vendors thanking you for smoother systems instead of complaining about chaos.

✨ Imagine the long nights of “winging it” replaced by clarity and resources at your fingertips.

And because early members get first access at launch, you’ll be positioned ahead of the curve—

✨ Making your faire look like it runs on magic, not duct tape.

“All of the above is possible, and it’s closer than you think.”

 Introducing:

The only specialized database built from the real-world experience of running, scaling, and advising the nation’s most successful Renaissance Faires.

But here’s the catch:

Access isn't open yet

Seats at launch will be capped, and only those on the Waitlist are guaranteed an invitation.

How The Foundry Transforms Your Leadership

⚜️ You’ll see your lanes differently

Understanding Pinball Placement Theory means you’ll design traffic like a master, keeping guests enchanted and engaged instead of jammed up in dead corners.

⚜️ You’ll know exactly when and how to expand

Adding shops, stages, or neighborhoods becomes a confident choice, not a gamble that disrupts your ecosystem.

⚜️ You’ll run operations with ease

Cash flow, food service, sanitation, HR, and permitting stop being headaches and start running like an invisible engine behind the magic.

⚜️ You’ll curate balance like an art form

Craft mix, food variety, and entertainment flow will become second nature, creating lanes that feel alive from gate open to closing cannon.

⚜️ You’ll move from firefighting to foresight

Crises will shrink into manageable bumps because you’ll anticipate problems before they flare.

⚜️ You’ll scale without losing your sanity

Instead of micromanaging, you’ll build systems and teams that let you step back while your faire keeps growing.

⚜️ You’ll craft a legacy that lasts

Your festival will outlive the hustle of today, standing as a thriving village that your community, your team, and even future generations will carry forward.

And why should you listen to me … about any of this?

Hi, I’m Rhonni.

Renaissance Faire Business Architect

☕️ The short version:

Drawing on my decades of experience in the Renaissance Festival industry, I now apply my design, construction, and interpersonal skills to help other festival organizers optimize their operations and create engaging environments for vendors and attendees alike. I work closely with my clients to understand their unique challenges and craft customized solutions that bring their visions to life.

I know the industry history well enough that I can help clients learn from someone else’s mistakes instead of repeating them.

🫖 Grab a tea for more details:

I’m an Air Force Brat with a restaurateur father (someone has to run those NCO and Officers’ Clubs on base); my first job on the Renfest circuit was as a carpenter’s helper, which evolved into festival building designer. Most of our Design Build work in the early years of being on circuit was for a group of Food Vendors, for whom I also hired and trained festival workers.

Fortunately for this lifelong learner, the Renfaire industry rewards the expansion of skillsets and encourages constant evolution. Self-taught CAD skills and familiarity with 4 different regional building codes meant I could design, draw for permits and then GET those permits in municipalities in multiple states.

Design-Builders on the Renfest circuit are called to help a vendor create a workspace design that fits within the parameters of the event’s theme. It also needs to be efficient and cost-effective. These conversations require the same interpersonal skills I had to use as the Building Coordinator when the Georgia Renaissance Festival relocated their entire site in its 12th year.

As Building Coordinator, I was tasked with the following:

  • Interface with vendors to convince them to invest in the park with their buildings
  • Work to place Vendors in their preferred locations within the new park, while still maintaining a good product mix for each neighborhood.
  • Tweak and correct the original sketches of the new park to work with the actual terrain of the site, and correcting traffic flows
  • Translate show specific needs to building inspectors i.e. Deck vs stage and what’s necessary for a working stage (code handrails do not work here)
  • Translate new-to-them building code to carpenters twice my age
  • Relationship building and maintenance between Vendors and Show Management
  • Understanding and strengthening the Festival’s relationships with Locals in maintaining Goodwill

⚜️ In recent years, I’ve applied my skills to building my own businesses, and am quite proud to be a Food Vendor within the largest Renfaire in the US, where we have 10 shops.

Now, it’s your turn!

Through the Foundry, I’m opening the doors to the kind of operational wisdom that turns chaos into culture.

But first, you need to be on the Waitlist—because I’m not handing this playbook to just anyone.

⚜️FAQ⚜️

Can I buy access right now?

Not quite yet, my darlings. The Foundry doors will open soon, but only for those on the Waitlist. Joining now guarantees you’ll be first in line when seats are released—and yes, early access comes with a few surprises.

What if I need more team members in the program?
Easy. Membership is scalable, so you can add as many team seats as you need, when you need them. Start with your core staff and expand access as your faire (and your responsibilities) grow.
What kinds of roles benefit most?

The Foundry was built for the whole spectrum of Renaissance Faire professionals. Whether you’re a Founder sketching out site plans, a Vendor Coordinator wrangling contracts, a Building or Costume Designer ensuring aesthetics hold up under code, or part of the admin team handling marketing, ticketing, and safety—there’s tailored content for you. If your work touches the bones or the magic of a faire, you’ll find tools here that make your job easier.

Is this a one-time purchase, or a membership?
The Renfaire Foundry is a membership program, designed for the folks running Renaissance Festivals. Think of it as your ongoing resource library—new material is added regularly, and the Q&A sessions make sure you’re never left with unanswered questions.
Does this include direct access to Rhonni?
The Foundry includes monthly live Q&A sessions, where I answer member questions in detail. For teams that want faster, in-the-moment support, there’s an optional Voxer upgrade—a voice messaging tool that lets you drop me a question or scenario and get direct input without waiting for the next live session.
Do I need to be running a large faire to benefit?
Not at all. The Foundry is just as valuable for a new show finding its footing as it is for a longstanding festival fine-tuning operations. Smaller teams will find the templates and frameworks a lifesaver (no need to reinvent the wheel), while larger faires get the advanced systems and strategies that keep crews running smoothly at scale. Wherever you are in the journey, the Foundry meets you there.
